Our Center
At Newberry Child Care, we understand that cleanliness and safety are top priorities for parents when choosing a daycare facility for their children. That’s why we take extra measures to ensure that our center is professionally cleaned each night, using environmentally friendly cleaning products and techniques. Our teachers thoroughly disinfect and sanitize throughout the day, from the classrooms to the play areas, to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our little ones. Additionally, we are proud to have large windows throughout the facility, allowing for an abundance of natural light to flow in. This creates a bright and cheerful atmosphere for children to learn and play in, while also providing a sense of openness and transparency for parents.
Playground
We understand that providing children with ample space to move, play, and explore is crucial for their physical development and overall well-being. That’s why we are excited to offer the Downtown Athletic Club gymnasium as our indoor playground for children to use. The gymnasium provides a safe and secure environment for children to engage in physical activities, such as running, jumping, and playing all types of games. With access to this spacious and well-equipped indoor playground, children at Newberry Child Care have the opportunity to develop their gross motor skills and have fun while doing so. On days when weather permits, we take carefully supervised walks and even plan an occasional theme-related field trip.
